Plastic injection moulding allows for the creation of complex shapes and high production volumes. This technique works with a variety of materials, typically PP and HDPE, but can include Polystyrene, EVA, or ABS to name a few. Material selection is based on the application and functionality of the part and our experts can advise on the best material for your design based on desired properties such as strength, flexibility and chemical resistance.
We use injection moulding to manufacture closures, caps and lids. The technique is also suited to bespoke items such as our CRC-style brush plug inserts, crash boxes, scraper and spreader products.
