Once a design is finalised, it must be optimised for production - ensuring it is functional, cost-effective, and manufacturable. The Development phase is where we refine the design, select the right materials, and prepare for prototyping.

Material selection

We’ll help you choose the best plastic material based on durability, functionality, and your sustainability goals. We’ll explain your recycled material options and the impact this may have on tax payable on your packaging.

Compliance with industry regulations

We’ll advise you on the regulations regarding your particular type of product - for instance: there are detailed laws regarding the packaging of food items and pharmaceutical products.

Transition from development and prototyping

Full scale manufacture is the final step in the process. Attention to detail in the previous phases of design, development and prototyping means shorter lead times and cheaper costs once we start manufacturing.
