To help achieve this we have recently updated our system to the latest version of the Autodesk Simulation Moldflow software that accurately predicts the plastic injection moulding process.
This new software allows our team to simulate the flow of melted plastic into a mould so as to assist in the process of optimising our mould designs. This minimises the need for costly physical prototypes and reduces potential manufacturing defects, meaning we can get our innovative plastic products to market faster than ever before.
