Coda Plastics have over 35 years experience and expertise helping clients accurately simulate how their final product will operate in the virtual world. By using the latest CAD design software we are able to carry out simulations of the physical world including mechanical and physical interactions, stress, strain, deformation, flow and thermal tests, as well as the realistic simulations of injection moulded plastic parts.
We used a range of design software to help the client visualise the final Bin Buddy product, especially focussing on the cap. By carrying out Moldflow filling analysis we were able to identify any mould filling problems and improvements in the mould before it was built and ensure that both the cap and its hinges were suitable for manufacturing before we proceeded. Once we were happy that the design was 100% ready for manufacture, full 3D renders were sent to the client for their approval.
Visit the plastic product design section of our website for more information about how our designers can help create an
innovative packaging design for your product using our expertise to analyse and simulate its use in the real world and in doing so guarantee that the product will be 100% ready for manufacture at the first time of asking.
